Aivali is a family run hotel built on the beach, just 200 meters from the port of Neapolis and has been operating for about four decades all year round. It has been recently renovated and its 26 fully equipped rooms offer a tasteful environment with the modern comforts that today’s traveller is looking for. On the ground floor, which houses the living room, dining room and bar, with a TV set, computer and free wireless networking, you can enjoy your breakfast or relax, gazing at the sea. In front of the hotel complex the Vatica coastline stretches, the beaches of which are incessantly being awarded which with Blue Flag for cleaning certification in terms of a number of stringent environmental, educational, safety and accessibility criteria. During the summer umbrellas are provided there for free by the hotel. Free private parking is available at the back of the hotel. The Aivali hotel is an ideal springboard for getaways and excursions to the surrounding areas.

We stayed at Aivali Hotel for one night before going to Kithera. As well as being exceptionally cheap, it was spotlessly clean, quite roomy, friendly and polite service AND probably one of the best breakfasts (included in nightly price) we have had in Greece and we go to Greece every year. Freshly squeezed, sweet orange juice, lovely bread, home-made jams, stunningly beautiful Greek yoghurt and so on. Well done!

We made a spontaneous decision to stay at Neapoli for 3 days and on the advice of a family friend booked at Aivali. Fantastic room right across from the beach. Everything clean, great air con and even an electronic external blind that kept the heat and afternoon sun out while resting. Traditional breakfast with the best homemade jam and great coffee. Sweetest fresh orange juice ever. Central to all restaurants and the beach at our doorstep was crystal clear. The owners are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble – he even rode his bike down the road to get a power adapter just for us. I will be recommending this place to everyone.

All I can say is: Wonderful!! My husband and I with my 3 year old came to Neapoli for a week and felt so at home. The family that runs it are so welcoming and accommodating. The price is great and the rooms are basic but clean and newly renovated. It is located right in the center with many restaurants walking distance and a great beach right across the street!! We will definitely come back again. Thank you Theodoris and Nikos for making our stay so special.
